OUR STORY

AdTe jewels is an innovative line of contemporary jewelry and fine art objects created by Antonietta De Marchi, an artist based in Rome. The brand is distinguished by a strong visual identity and a conceptual approach that blends artistic research, symbolic meaning, and Italian craftsmanship.

Antonietta De Marchi was born in Rome, where she lives and works. She studied at the Accademia di Arti Orafe in Rome and later at RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts, specializing in sculpture and installation. Her training combines traditional goldsmith techniques with a contemporary artistic vision.

Since 2012, she has collaborated with the Vatican Liturgical Office, creating works that connect contemporary art with sacred tradition. Among her most notable works is the Piscatory Ring made for Pope Francis, now preserved in the Treasury of the Sistine Chapel. She has also created three monumental amphorae for St. Peter’s Basilica, used during the Easter liturgy. In addition, she restored the Tiara of Pope Pius IX, one of the most important historical jewels held in the Vatican, originally donated in 1854 by Queen Isabella of Spain.

Through AdTe jewels, Antonietta De Marchi develops a unique artistic language that integrates jewelry design, sculpture, and symbolic art. Each piece is conceived as a contemporary work of art, rooted in historical awareness and crafted with attention to detail and material quality.

Alongside her artistic practice, she is also engaged in the field of antique art, collecting, acquiring, and trading artworks and antiques, with a particular focus on Italian heritage and craftsmanship.
