Elegant 18K gold necklace featuring Mary, the Untier of Knots. A meaningful symbol of hope, grace, and spiritual renewal—perfect for everyday wear or special gifts.

The worship of the Virgin Mary Undoer of Knots has very ancient origins. Because of the numerous graces received by worshipping this image, it spread all over the world.
Virgin Mary is portrayed while she is untying knots from a long ribbon.
This image is every evocative.
The ribbon represents life, while the knots are the greater or smaller challenges we are facing.
Then when these challenges, these knots become thicker and tighter and our strength seems not to be enough to untie them, we call in the help of Virgin Mary leaving the hard knots in Her hands so that she can untie them for us.

ORIGIN OF DEVOTION

In 1986 Pope Francis, then a simple Jesuit priest, was in Germany for his doctoral thesis. During one of his many study trips to Ingolstadt, he saw in the church of Sankt Peter the image of the Virgin Untying the Knots and instantly fell in love with it. He was so impressed by it that he took some reproductions of it to Buenos Aires, which he began to distribute to priests and the faithful, meeting with great response. Later becoming auxiliary archbishop of Buenos Aires, Father Jorge Mario Bergoglio consolidated the cult of him, continuing to inaugurate chapels in his honor.
Bergoglio always continued tirelessly in his work of spreading this devotion.
